Founded in 2006, 6th String offers hobby and professional coaching for guitar and drums enthusiasts. Whether you are looking to learn music as a passion or pursue a career in the music industry, we help you on your way there. We offer a wide range of courses and flexible batch timings to suit all age groups. Our faculty comprises of teachers backed by years of experience in teaching and have firm roots in the music industry. We offer a well-equipped musical environment combined with strong adherence to music-related academic guidelines to help bring out the artist in you.
At 6th String we believe in power of fundamentals and physics behind playing the instrument. Starting from how to hold the guitar to mastering challenging compositions, it's all taken care of in our hobby classes. A systematic method and a tried and tested approach is what we focus on when training inspiring individuals to understand the dynamics of the instrument.

The founder of 6th String Guitar and Drums Classes, Kshitij has a vision to create a sustainable platform for budding musicians of all age groups. Kshitij is trained in Hindustani classical music and has coached students in guitar for the past 11 years. His style of music is influenced by metal, rock n roll and contemporary fusion.

Mukul has been playing drums for the past 13 years and been actively teaching students for the past 10 years. With experience in session recording, he has played alongside several metal bands and a blues commercial band. Mukul has held stage at Kala Ghoda Arts Festival and headlined at IMC.

Rishi Sen has completed Grade 8 in Vocals and Guitar & Grade 5 in Music Theory and Keyboard. He has been teaching students Western Vocals, Guitar and Music Theory since past 10 years. Has been playing and singing since past 18 years.
