Drum Classes
Drums at 6th String focuses on the basics of music from learning to read notation to being able to independently play songs. We lay the foundation for hand and foot independence, sticking patterns, time control, improvisation, and basic groove beats and fills. From here on a student can move to advanced lessons in hobby or opt to train for a grade exam.
Students are encouraged to master learnings before attending the next session. Facilities are available for students to practice drumming during non-class hours. All students must carry their own drum pad and sticks which can be easily purchased from the institute itself.

Hobby Class
Whether you are a drummer looking to sharpen your skills or a novice starting afresh, hobby classes for drums is open for all age groups. Foundation is laid for basic notation reading, correct hand and foot movements, metronome practice, limb independence, paradiddles, and basic beats and fills. We focus on all styles of music including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Metal and Bollywood.
Trinity Exams
We prepare students to take their drum grade exams for Trinity College London Rock & Pop Drums from Grade Initial to Grade 8 as a specialized course.
Rockschool Exams
We train students to appear for drum grade exams for Rockschool Limited from Grade 1 to Grade 8 as a specialized course.
